Practice Gratitude
Practicing gratitude decreases entitlement, expectations, and regrets. It helps you remember that you already have so much. Your worst day is someone's best day.
Make gratitude a daily habit by listing one thing you’re grateful for three times a day, using mealtimes as cues (inspired by the prayer system).
Being grateful for simple things is far more valuable than being grateful for bigger things.
Dealing with Overwhelm
When overwhelmed, list all your tasks and rank them by life-changing potential, freedom, and difficulty. Select the top three tasks that score high in these areas, and focus on one as your main task for the day. Alongside this, choose a smaller, easily achievable task to ensure a quick "win" and maintain momentum, regardless of progress on the bigger project.

Release: Let go of limiting beliefs and external influences, allowing space for your own definition of freedom.
Explore: Define what freedom means to you through self-discovery and introspection.
Audit: Evaluate areas of freedom and restriction in your life.
Decide: Set goals and make choices to align with your vision of freedom.
WhY: Find your “why”, providing the grit and motivation needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change.
